Trees for Missoula received a DNRC Program Development Grant in 2017 for a Shade Location that includes: a shade shelter made from reclaimed lumber and wood milled from urban forest trees, three shade trees and dryland grasses.
The shelter has been installed, and we now need help planting 1,500 dryland grasses!
Students from neighboring Willard HS will begin planting during their 4th period biology class, and we need volunteers to follow behind to finish the project!

WHERE: S. 6th St. W. and Ronan St. along the Bitterroot Trail
WHEN: Thursday, May 30, 1 to 4 pm
